Also, any personal data you choose to give us within the content of your contribution, such as your PRS ID. 

What Will News4x Do With Your Personal Information? 

News4x will only use your data for our programs and digital and social media platforms to verify your contribution. We will never share your data with any third party. 

We're glad to receive your contributions to News4x! We may use your submissions in our programs or content, but we can't promise to use everything we receive. Your submission may be on our online platforms and a News4x social media page. If we broadcast your submission, it may be used again in future broadcasts. 

How Long Will News4x Keep Your Personal Information? 

We will keep your contact details data for up to seven months for editorial reasons. Content not used on air or on our digital platforms will be deleted after seven months. Broadcast or published content will be held in the archive for 4 years. Broadcast material, such as videos and voice recordings, are retained in the News4x Archives for historical record purposes.

We will not share your contributions with any other third parties without your permission. When you contribute to News4x through third-party social media, messaging services, or email, your data will be subject to the terms and conditions of that service. We use your personal information to make News4x better for you and for everyone. We also use it for business, regulatory and legal purposes, like Dealing with any requests you make or content you submit.
